COLOR OF THE MONTH // CAMEL + BLACK
I don't know about you but I am definitely ready for the summer weather to be over! It is too dang hot and humid to even enjoy being outside right now. Fall has always been my favorite season and I'm trying to will it into existence here - unfortunately we only get those perfectly crisp and sunny days for a few weeks. Sigh. For some reason hot toddies and caramel apples have been on my mind lately so I created a moodboard with colors that match my cravings. #designerproblems
I hope you are faring better in the summer weather than us!
// 02 A shaggy Moroccan rug will always have my heart.
// 03 Since taking a ceramics class I have a new found appreciation for handmade pottery - it's not easy to make a piece look both beautiful and simple!
// 04 This CB2 pedestal bowl has had my interest for many months. I plan on trying to make something similar but throwing on the wheel still gives me unpredictable results ;)
// 05 This chair is a stunner - I love the wrapped armrest detail.
// 06 Go ahead and treat yourself to a soft, luxe camel brown velvet pillow.
// 07 Block Shop's designs are all carved by hand into wooden printing blocks and 5% of their profits go to a women's empowerment program.
// 08 This Coqui Coqui hotel is a repurposed home from the 16th century. If that alone doesn't want to make you pack your bags, the photos of their rooms surely will.
// 09 If you want a global touch to your room, this print of Nigerian Waja masks will do the trick!
