1 - The Signature Package begins with a FREE Pre-Design Session so I can get to know you a bit better by letting me see your space and hear your story.

2- Once I have answered any questions you may have and you purchase a package, you will immediately receive a Client Welcome Packet. It will outline the design process further in depth, ask specifics of your project and include a helpful measuring + photography guide. 

3- I start with a Moodboard to make sure we are vibing with the color and general direction of the space.  Detailed feedback is crucial at this step because it provides the foundation for your Design Plan. Honest communication is always appreciated as I design your home, but I also ask you to keep an open mind as we go through the process.

4 - I create a Floorplan, Design Plan, and Perspective Rendering. If something doesn't quite fit into your vision, I will provide up to two revisions for the space.

5 - You receive a detailed Shopping List and Styling Guide of how to implement your new design. I source from a variety of vendors, the majority of which you will be able to shop on your own, but you can also purchase "trade-only" items through us with a discount included.

6 -  Start pulling your room together and enjoy a design that is tailored to you!  Make yourself an old-fashioned and schedule a call to address any remaining questions and help you finish the space!

1- Once I have answered any questions you may have and you purchase a package, you will immediately receive a quick questionnaire asking for your preferences, applicable measurements and links to inspiration photos.

2- You email photos of your room, pieces you are wanting to keep and send over any other information pertinent to the project.

3- I create a Design Plan with 2-3 options within 5 business days of receiving all necessary items above. You receive a detailed Shopping List and if something doesn't quite fit into your vision, I will provide one revision of the items



  •   Pillows: This package is for sourcing products for ONE room only (pillows for chairs + your sofa, for your bed + bench, etc.)
  •   Rug: This package is for sourcing products for ONE room only (a rug for your bedroom, dining room, etc.)
  •   Art + Wall Decor: This package is for sourcing products for ONE room only for up to 3 pieces of art and/or wall decor.
  •   Styling: This package is for sourcing products for ONE surface only- a coffee table (or other table surface), bookcase, mantle, etc. This is for accessories only, no furniture will be sourced.
  •   Lighting: This package is for sourcing products for ONE room only for up to 2 pieces of lighting (table lamp & floor lamp, sconce & chandelier, etc.)
  •   Floorplan: This package is for producing a layout for space planning purposes in ONE room only.
  •   Paint Palette or Wallpaper: This package is for sourcing products for ONE room only (wall + trim color OR wallpaper)
  •   Furniture: This package is for sourcing ONE product only (sofa, coffee table, dining table, bed, nightstands, etc.)
  •   BUNDLE: Choose 3 from above. **The bundle price is only valid if purchased at the beginning of a project, not as an add-on to previously purchased A La Carte selections.





1-  PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE AND MATERIALS:  E-design is an online decorating service only. The package price includes my decorating services and does not include the price of any actual products being sourced.  You shall pay for merchandise and materials on your own.  If you choose to purchase any trade-only materials, such as wallpaper, textiles, etc. through Jordan Interiors, there will be a 50% markup above cost.  Payment of such items must be made to Jordan Interiors before we will place the order through our vendor.  

2-  RECOMMENDATIONS: My recommendations are for decorating only and are not intended as construction documents for remodeling purposes. Always consult with your contractor first!

3-  WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY:  Any products purchased with defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer, which you will need to contact.  Jordan Interiors cannot be held responsible for replacement, freight arrangement or damage claims for purchases recommended for the e-design project. If any items are purchased through Jordan Interiors I will contact the manufacturers on your behalf.  In addition Jordan Interiors is not responsible for any work completed by contractors, sub-contractors, craftsmen, and any other such tradesmen, or any work performed by you (DIY).

4- REFUND POLICY:  Due to the digital nature of this service, refunds will not be given after the first Design Plan is delivered to you. Please notify Jordan Interiors within 24 hours of purchasing your design package if you would like to request a refund. 

5- COMMUNICATION + SCHEDULE: E-design client agrees to correspond in a timely manner through online communication and Jordan Interiors shall do the same. You will receive your first Design Plan within 5 business days after I receive your completed questionnaire and relevant package information.

6- DESIGN TIME: Design work is limited to 30 calendar days from the date of package purchase.  If, after the 30 days have passed the client has failed to request a revision or finalize the design, Jordan Interiors reserves the right to deliver the final "as is" shopping list with the most recent suggested items. Additional revisions will be charged a flat rate of $75 each. 

7- AFFILIATE LINKS:  Some of the product suggestions may contain affiliate links which means Jordan Interiors may make a small commission if you purchase from the linked sites.  This is at no additional cost to you.
